Hi, I’m Vany, sketcher and 3d artist with interior design background who will bring your vision to life. I draw sketches and render 3d visualizations for interior designers and decorators, real estate agencies, architects or anyone, who wants to bring their ideas to life.

3d visualization
If you prefer more realistic approach and wants to see the space in 3d, then I can prepare 3d visualization based on your requirements. I work with different 3d modeling and rendering software, be it 3ds Max, Sketchup and Blender.
Interior sketch
Interior sketch is a great way to visualize your ideas even before starting the actual work, especially if you can’t decide which colors to use or what furniture to pick. I’ll draw a sketch based on your preferences.
2d floor plan
Do you have a floorplan in your hands but can’t see the whole picture? With my hand drawn floor plans you can easily visualize the color of floors, tiles, furniture, the position of plants and trees in the landscape, swimming pool, etc.
exterior sketch
Are you looking to renovate your house facade or build the landscape but don’t know which color will look the best or which plants will suit your landscape or what furniture to use? Exterior sketch will make your planning easier.

Stages of work
1. Receiving all the technical specifications
Technical specifications needed for drawing a sketch or rendering 3d visualization
- layout plan with all dimensions
- layout plan with furniture, floors, ceilings, lightning, etc.
- links, pictures, catalogues of furniture, materials, decor
- additional photos of the room from different angles
- color palette, photo, concept, moodboard
2. Modeling in 3d program
After receiving all tech specifications I'll prepare a simple 3d model. I'll send you different angles to choose from. By 3d visualization I'll prepare complex model and send different angles to choose from. I do not send my 3d model files, since it's my own property.
3. Drawing a sketch or rendering 3d model
After you'll choose the right angle I'll start to draw a sketch based on your preferences. It usually takes 1-3 days based on the complexity of the model. By 3d modeling it can take up to 1 week, since modeling, texturing, setting up the lightning and rendering is a much more complex process.
4. Edits & customer satisfaction
Free edits- 2 times within 7 days but no more than 20% of the sketch and 3d model
Paid edits- after 7 days 20 USD/ hour
